This is such a good idea! Especially when I'm watching my kiddos at the park. I have a friend who is a Personal Trainer Irvine and she is always trying to tell me I should do this! Thank you for reiterating!

Thanks for the piece. Do you have any info on fitness (par) courses in chino hills, Claremont, Glendora areas?

Nice! Two more I can think of are Laguna Niguel Regional Park (there is some equipment placed around the grassy part, non-lakeside and perimeter, of the park). Also, the San Clemente Beach trail has a newer, but small, piece of equiment near the lifeguard headquarters. And you can always go outside and walk or run. with no equipment needed!
