Irvine Regional Park is an OC Parks regional park with playgrounds, the OC Zoo, Irvine Park Railroad, a lake, stable, surrey carts, & ponies.

Mason Regional Park in Irvine is a lovely regional park with a lake and multiple playground areas. Use it as a picnic spot or a family walk.

Clark Regional Park in Buena Park has lakes, picnic grounds and three playgrounds plus an interpretive center. Easy hike around perimeter.

Fred Barrera Park in Orange is a small playground sitting on an entirely recycled rubber play surface with views from the canyon to the sea.
