Playful Sponsor Feature: Dana Point Marina Inn

Many thanks to the Dana Point Marina Inn for their sponsorship. Their generous support helps ensure I can keep bringing play to Orange County.

Dana Point Marina Inn, nestled between coastal bluffs and world class boat marinas, has the distinction of being the only hotel in Dana Point Harbor.

When my out-of-town friends and family come to Orange County, I always schedule time to wander around Dana Point Harbor because it radiates warm California charm with its beachy feel and ocean breezes.

The Dana Point Marina Inn is located just steps from restaurants and shops, as well as the sidewalk surrounding the harbor. It’s family-friendly lodging with easy access to the Catalina Island ferry, whale watching, kayaking, sailing, surfing, deep sea fishing, paddleboarding, seaside golfing, the March Festival of Whales, the September Tall Ship Festival, nature hikes through California native plants and relaxing harbor strolls.

The hotel even keeps a stable of rental beach cruiser bicycles to explore all the area has to offer!

Love the harbor. One of our favorite things to do is have a picnic dinner on the island side and then walk and watch the sunset.
