5 Years New

“Just living is not enough," said the butterfly, "one must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.” - Hans Christian Andersen

May stands for renewal and bright beginnings!  With a joyful heart, I'm continuing on this journey with you to bring new places to play into our lives.

FunOrangeCountyParks.com will always be a FREE resource for local families and those traveling to Southern California from as far away as Europe and Australia. You have NO idea the email conversations I have with travelers and play enthusiasts from all over the world!

It's exciting to be making a difference in your life and I hope I'm inspiring you to get out more and see all the beauty nature has to offer -- especially for your young kids who NEED unstructured free play to develop into happy, smart, and healthy adults.

I hope you find this new design to be clean and free from distracting sidebars. I hope you FEEL the photography and it draws you outdoors. I hope you find a new outdoor adventure to share with a loved one.

Let's test this thing out! Share your thoughts below and let me know what you think of the new look. (Of course, it will take me a little while to get all the photos and slideshows added back in -- but hang in there and we'll be out playing in no time.)

Thank you for your readership, your encouragement, your support -- and for just being YOU!

This is just the beginning. Guess what's coming just in time for summer?
