A huge thanks to Sharlene for allowing me to post this amazing photo along with her creative title for the shot. Sharlene is the “freelancing travel addicted mom of twins extraordinaire” who is also the blog editor for Trekaroo.com and Orange County loving writer behind DoubletheAdventure.com. Please give her sites a visit!
Here’s her explanation of the photo, although I quite like it without an explanation:
“Today we walked over to the park to find a pig wandering around, wagging its tail and enjoying the weather. Totally random. Then, about ten minutes later, a 5 foot iguana walks down the sidewalk with its owner over to us. Insanely random. Here is my shot of the pig and the iguana meeting.”
So what is the strangest thing you’ve ever seen at a park? Do you have photos to share?

What a cool picture. I am obviously not hanging out at the right parks. All we ever see are dogs, rabbits, raccoons and coyotes. (and never at the same time...)

That's a great picture.. really does make you go hmm, how the heck did that happen? I wonder if the pig and iguana got along? I'd have to say some of the weirdest experiences I've seen at the park are from people acting peculiar... Although living in California in places like San Diego and San Francisco can have that effect :) I used to live near a lady who would walk her two cats on leashes. It was pretty funny listening to her give the kitties commands... she kept acting like someday they would really listen?! Wish I had a picture for you.
