4th of July Color Walk + 3 More Patriotic Play Ideas

In our family, we tend to mark holidays with time together out playing. Here are some simple play ideas to get your family outdoors without much hassle. You can do a 4th of July color walk almost anywhere. But to discover the other patriotic play ideas you’ll almost need to be local to Orange County.

Play Idea #1 – Take a walk this 4th of July and notice all the patriotic colors around you!

Idea #2 – Visit a “Blue” Park, a “Red” Park and a “White” Park.

There is an Edward White Park in Fullerton — but I haven’t been yet so I don’t have photos.  The runner-up playground (that at least has white-colored equipment) is Main Beach in Laguna Beach.
