I covered the Glenwood Community Park playground, at the corner of Glenwood and Golf, back when I introduced the Aliso Viejo Aquatic Center. Andrea submitted it as a recommendation recently. Unfortunately, I’ve been notified that it’s a PRIVATE PARK paid for by the Glenwood HOA. Sorry!
According to an HOA member and resident, the playground nearest the pool is a public city park (see photo below).

Again, Glenwood community park is NOT a public city park. This is a private Glenwood HOA park paid for by the homeowners only.

I apologize. I never received any communication from anyone about this before. I've marked all references to the park replacing it with a statement that it's PRIVATE. I also removed it from the playground map. Thanks for letting me know.
